On the occasion of World Bread Day, the monograph The Bread of Serbian Heroes and Hajduks by author Dimitrije Vujadinović was presented at the RTS Club on Friday, October 16. Alongside the book, commemorative postage stamps and first-day covers themed “Cipovka – The Bread That Laughs at the Moon” were also introduced.
The publication was discussed by Prof. Dr. Miladin Ševarlić, the book’s reviewer, Colonel Prof. Dr. Branko Tešanović, and the author himself, Dimitrije Vujadinović. Prof. Dr. Filip Kulić, President of the Novi Sad Philatelic Society, spoke about the significance of the cipovka bread and the release of this unique postage stamp.
