The Bread festival in Novi Sad celebrates bread and baking and represents a one-of-a-kind European event. The festival program consisted of four segments: Professional bakers with bread stands; Bread – Cultural and Spiritual Heritage; Scientific – Professional Aspects; Masters of Bakery.
