The Project had its own stand at the largest bread fair in the world, held in Germany, for 2 years. The Project’s activities (publications, Es librarianship on the topic of bread, posters) were presented. During his first participation at the fair, Dimitrije Vujadinović met the founder of the Museum of Bread Culture in Ulm, Mr. Dr. Herman Eijseln, and his wife.
