U pozadini ovog cilja je te\u017enja da se podr\u017ei bolje razumevanje i vec\u0301a tolerancija izme\u0111u ljudi i njihovih razli\u010ditih religija i kulturnih tradicija. Naj\u010ditanija knjiga, \u201ebestseler\u201c svih vremena, jeste Biblija. Sve \u0161to je napisano u Bibliji ima dubinu dvosmislenosti, a sam hleb se u tom kontekstu pominje na vi\u0161e od 200 mesta. Hleb je jedina \u201ehrana\u201c koja ima svoje jedinstveno simboli\u010dko i metafori\u010dko zna\u010denje u judaizmu i hri\u0161c\u0301anstvu (u smislu \u017eivota i duhovnog odr\u017eavanja, kao i moralnog pona\u0161anja). Pri\u010da o religioznim hlebovima je pri\u010da o eti\u010dkom i simboli\u010dkom \u017eivotu ljudi koji je oduvek bio aktuelan.
